Happy New Year!

It's 2019, we give thanks to God for his mercy and love. I know we all have our new year resolution, but here are some healthy and affordable tips without side effects.


  • Pray: Pray without seizing, don't pray only when you are in need. Always appreciate God.
  • Drink Water: Hydrate as much as you can, for healthy organs and glowing skin. Drinking water first very morning in an empty stomach, before brushing your teeth daily. This water therapy helps boosts metabolism, weight loss, healthy skin and remove toxins from the blood. Start gradually till you get used to it.
  • Eat Right: Eat small portion don't say "this one nor go belly full me ooo" e.g small rice, plenty vegetable with your fish or meat. Eat slowly, don't be in a hurry when eating, take your time to enjoy the moment and, Eat dinner before 7 pm.  
  • Sleep: Sleep is very important to the body. Sleep gives a better feeling, helps improve memory, healthy mind and many more. They say, people who sleep more, are more attractive.
  • Tea: Drink tea daily make it a habit. Tea, not milo and bournvita, I mean Green tea, Tumeric, Ginger, Cinnamon, and other natural herbs for healthy living.
  • Exercise: Work that body! Sweat out toxins stay fit, healthy mind, help reduce stress. 
  • Personal Hygiene: Bath, wash your body, scrub your feet and wash in between your toes. Wash your hair shampoo and condition your hair.
  • Read: Read books develop your reading culture, develop your mind. 
  • Save: Save for the future. we should be disciplined. 
  • Look Good: Looking good is the real deal. It must not be expensive you can look good, with what you have. Shoes, Bags, Cloth and Hat rock what you have in style.
